A Brief Report of the activity: As a part of INNOVATIVE METHODS OF TEACHING and celebration of “Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav”, Department of History had taken final year students to VEERASOUDHA, Congress Well, Belagavi. Students went through variopus photographs related to Indian National Movement and experienced the innovative methods of learning. This place is famous for its historical importance. The INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS held its 39th session at Belagavi on the 26th & 27th Dec. 1924. This session is also called as ‘The Vijayanagra Congress Session’, which is the only Congress Session in which Gandhiji was made the President.
