Shri. Raveendra P. Mahabalshetti of Techno Fincorp, Belgaum, an organization providing placement services and investment consultation, delivered a lecture on “Goal setting and career planning” for B.Com-III students. The resource person explained the smart concept of goal setting and career planning. Students were guided in choosing the right career path based on the SWOT analysis, around 90 students were benefited by the lecture. The teaching faculty of the commerce section were also sensitised by the smart concept.
