A brief report of the activity: The SKE Society’s Rani Parvati Devi College, Department of English had organized the guest lecture on I.A.Richards: Principles of Criticism on 8th September 2018 in AV2 Ghotge Building. The students of B.A.-5th SEM were happy to attend the guest lecture on. I.A.Richards: Principles of Criticism by S.L. Mutalik Patil. He focused on New Criticism and its main trends. He also discussed about. The student got idea of “Stress and Intonation”. All the professors of English department were present on this occasion. The guest lecturer ended with the vote of thanks by Prof. Pratiksha Patil.
