A Brief Report of the activity: As a part of the curriculum final year students visited the multinational company Nestle’s chocolate manufacturing unit at Ponda Goa. The company officials were good enough to take our students to show and explain the entire system of chocolate production. One hour question-answer session was held in the training room of the unit. Students understood the working of a food processing unit in detail along with functioning of a multinational company.
