A brief report of the activity : On 22nd Sept 2017dept of Political science had arranged as a part of study curriculum experiential learning cum field trip to kattanabhavi village to study how democratic devolution of power functioning at grassroot level and how MNREGA funds are being utilised for the people at large by constructing 3 lakes to overcome the drinking water problem in the village.Shivaji Kagnekar who took initiation for the rejuvenation of green eco system in the village a large number of the students took advantage of this innovative rural development programme.
