Pledge Taking ceremony was conducted on the eve of NCC Day celebration. On 26th November 2017 the NCC Unit of RPD College conducted an Essay writing competition and Elocution competition for the cadets on the eve of NCC Day. All the cadets actively participated in both the events and expressed their thoughts.

EARN WHILE YOU LEARN PROGRAMME ORGANIZED BY YRCW
On 10th and 14th October 2017 Earn while You Learn programme was organized by YRCW where 30 students participated. Programme was conducted to teach students work culture. Students worked at office, library and college ground. As a token of appreciation YRCW also distributed remuneration to the students.

Classes on Legal awareness
Classes were conducted on Legal Awareness for the students by the Ladies Association of RPD College of Arts & Commerce.Dr. S. H. Patil & Adv. Sarita Patil were the Resource Persons. Students were made aware of 13 constitutional laws to protect women. Syllabus was provided by the national women’s council’s website.
