“FINANCIAL EDUCATION AND INVESTMENT AWARENESS” S.K.E.Society’s Rani Parvati Devi College of Arts and Commerce, Belagavi in association with Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, Karnataka State Higher Education Council, Bangalore and National Stock Exchange Academy\u00a0 organised Two days Faculty Development Program on “Financial Education and Investment Awareness” for teachers of Rani Channamma University, affiliated colleges of Belagavi District on 26th and 27th September 2022.
\nIn the Faculty Development program 140 teachers actively participated. This program was with an objective to sensitize and shed light on the topic of Financial Education and Investment Awareness as many are unaware of the policies, services etc. and financial investment literacy assumes much significance in today’s VUCA world which is Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambitious and to promote financial literacy as one of the life skills and to lead them to a situation of better financial well being.<\/p>\n

Objectives:
\nFaculty Development Program to cover areas such as technical education policy.. new concepts, methods and techniques, theory and skill development and up gradation of pedagogy.
\nTo upgrade the knowledge, skills and intend to provide opportunities for training the teachers employed in relevant disciplines so that they can disseminate the awareness further amongst the student community at large<\/p>\n
