She gave a participative lecture on how to construct a structure for research paper writing.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/degree.rpdbgm.edu.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-649\" src=\"https:\/\/degree.rpdbgm.edu.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/2-300x193.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"193\" srcset=\"https:\/\/degree.rpdbgm.edu.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/2-300x193.jpg 300w, https:\/\/degree.rpdbgm.edu.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/2-768x494.jpg 768w, https:\/\/degree.rpdbgm.edu.in\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/2.jpg 896w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The workshop was compeered by Dr. A. A. Desai followed by the welcome speech by Prof. S. S. Shinde. The principal of RPD, Dr. smt. S. P. Surebankar, gave the introduction to the Workshop. She highlighted the importance of research in teaching and reiterated the purpose of conducting the workshop with special focus on management lecturers from B. Com and BBA.<\/p>\n<p>\ufffcFirst part was theoretical where she walked the participants through the various criteria required to write a good research paper.<\/p>\n<p>After her interactive lecture, she conducted a short exercise where the participants were instructed to analyse and detail the use of the different criteria in the present published international research articles that were covered in the lecture. He lucid style and vast years of research experience had a hypnotising effect.<\/p>\n<p>The feedback from the participants was positive. It was concluded by a vote of thanks by Prof. S. H.
