In the recently concluded 3rd&nbsp;cycle of NAAC accreditation the college has been awarded an A grade with 3.27 CGPA. This makes it the top scorer among the city colleges and second among the colleges in the district. The NAAC accreditation peer team was led by Dr. R.R. Singh, former Director, Tata Institute of Social Sciences as chairman, Dr. Rajashekaran, Prof. &amp; Head, Department of Management Studies, Manomanian Sundarnar University, Tirunelvelli, Tamil Nadu as member co-ordinator and Dr. Bipin Mehta, Director, AES Institute of Computer Studies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, member conducted the assessment process on 22nd, 23rd and 24th&nbsp;August 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The report by the NAAC peer team highlights the achievements of the institution in the cause of education. These are: visionary SKE Management, &nbsp;highly qualified and committed staff members, good infrastructure with expansion possibilities, diverse students, use of ICT in teaching, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities for student progression by well established sports facilities, cultural and other support services such as NSS, NCC, YRC and Scouts &amp;Guides.
