Shakuntala Heda. The competition is sponsored by the Heda family. Hindi poetess Smt. Soniya Tayal, Dr.Jayshankar Yadav, Prof. official language dept., Home Ministry, Belagavi, Shri Vijaykumar Heda and Shri.
