The lecture was arranged to understant a prescribed text \u2018Animal Farm\u2019 a modern classic by George Orwell.. The novel is a political allegory and satire on the Communist experiment to create a better human society. Prof Mense who has rich experience of the condition of workers and has made a study of the Communism shared his views on the topic. Students learnt about Karl Marx\u2019s contribution and how he was led to his theory of history.
