On the occasion of 124th Birth Anniversary of Varakavi Dr. D. R. Bendre the Department of Kannada<\/strong> and Library & Information Centre<\/strong> of R.P.D. College of Arts & Commerce had organized an exhibition on Books & Wallpapers  exhibiting the contribution made by Dr. D. R. Bendre were displayed. The exhibition was organized on 29th, 30th & 31st January 2019 at the study hall of R.P.D. Library Building which is situated at the ground floor . On the occasion of Dr. D.R. Bendre’s Birthday on 31st January ,a special lecture was delivered by Prof. A. A. Sanadi, Administrator, Bharatesh Education Society of Belagavi and the function was followed by ‘Bendre Bhavageet Gayan’ and ‘Bendre Poetry Recitation’ by B.A., B. Com. & B. B.A. students.
